The clubhouse is the historic Manning cottage, dating back to the early 1900's. In 1973, SLSC purchased a portion of the land that includes 600' of waterfront property. Over the years, the clubhouse has been renovated and improved to include a commercial kitchen, gas fireplace insert in the living room, changing rooms, a few bedrooms, outdoor gas grills on our side deck, and a large BBQ pit. In addition, there is ample room for socializing on our covered porch, or outside on the grass area with several picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, a small fenced-in playground, and there is plenty of room for overnight camping.

While the club has limited room for car parking, we have designated space for both summer and winter storage of boats within our boat park as well as our meadow set back on the property.

Our facilities include:

• Multiple launching ramps
• Hoist for launching larger boats (< 1000 lbs.)
• 650' of docks
• Mooring area and nearby racks for rowboats/inflatables
• Racks for small dinghies, kayaks, canoes, windsurf boards, and SUPs
• Race shed - fully loaded with all race equipment
